Acro Service Expert – Return & Refund Policy

General Return Policy Items purchased from Acro Service Expert are returnable within 10 days of delivery if they are physically damaged, defective, have missing accessories, or are different from the description.

Condition: Items must be in original condition with the manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, user manual, and all accessories.

Inspection: Upon reporting an issue, we may schedule a service engineer visit to your doorstep for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless received in a damaged/defective state (reported within 10 days).

Refund Policy Refunds are initiated after the return request is approved or the seller notifies us. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, bank account, or Acro Service Expert wallet.

Refund Timelines:

Acro Service Expert Wallet: 2-3 Hours

UPI / Net Banking / Cards: 2-5 Business Days

Paper Cheque: 8-10 Business Days

Important Notes:

Pay on Delivery (POD): Refunds for POD orders are processed via NEFT to your bank account or to your Wallet. You must update your bank details in your account section.

Third-Party Accounts: We do not process refunds to third-party accounts; the name on the account must match the Acro Service Expert user profile.

Payment Failures: If the original payment method is invalid, we may issue a Demand Draft or request updated details.

Shipping Costs: For items fulfilled by Acro Service Expert, we refund return shipping costs up to Rs. 100/-. For amounts higher than Rs. 100 (for bulky items), please provide a courier receipt as proof.
